She oversees construction timelines and ensures adherence to quality guidelines for each individual Legacy Academy franchise that is constructed. Sophia has both legal and accounting background as well as experience supporting key initiatives and driving compliance. She is tasked with oversight of fidelity to the brand on both the operations side and the construction side.
